Firstly, I’d start by saying that God has been SOOO good to me. And not just to me I trust, but to many other people as well. I have intended to attend BMEW for about a few months now, and finally, God gave me an opportunity to know Him better through this Baptism and Membership Encounter Weekend.
Praise the Lord!
I've come to learn one important thing that changed my perspective FOREVER! And that is that Jesus was rejected before... So many times, I think I've looked past this fact and now I've come to realise that when Jesus took on our sins on the cross, He Himself was rejected by His Father... No doubt, Jesus understands our hurts and pains and rejections...
During one the first sessions, I also felt God's warm embrace. He hugged me tight and proved to be my Saviour, Father and friend... Thank You Lord!
For those who have yet to sign up for BMEW, i definitely encourage you to do so. Pr Chris Kam is such an anointed speaker that God has blest! May God use the pastors in our church to continue to impact many lives for Him!
